Founded in 2000, CYBEX offers premium car seats, baby carriers, kids furniture and strollers designed for urban sensibilities. In 2014, CYBEX merged with Goodbaby International Holdings Limited and began to look for ecommerce platforms. With the help of Channel Precision, they’ve climbed to the top of a crowded market on Amazon. How did the brand achieve 130% YoY increase in sales during their first year with CP? How have sales increased another 60% this year? And most impressively, how was this growth achieved at an average ACoS of 6.5% and a >16 ROAS?

Our strategy included Top-of-Funnel and Mid-Funnel DSP and Sponsored Brand tactics, targeting out-brand consumers and in-market shoppers.
We supplemented efficient Top-of-Funnel spend with targeted Product Page campaigns, driving ready-to-purchase consumers to the relatively unfamiliar Cybex brand. Finally, our design and SEO experts created product pages that appeal to consumers looking for an upgrade from the usual baby product to a luxury brand.

In collaboration with social media experts, this combined effort has grown the brand consistently at an average ROAS of 12 and current TACoS approaching 3%. Our team resisted overspend on Amazon offerings like Baby Registry and other expensive promotions, focusing ad dollars where the returns were recurring and proven month after month.
